And that goes for more than just her skills on the soccer field. In fact, the U.S. Women’s National Team forward proved that is the case as she showed off her most dramatic hair change yet as she supported the Men’s Team at their World Cup 2026 game against Australia June 19.
Ahead of the Group D match-up in Seattle—which saw Team USA clinch the top spot with the 2-0 victory—Rodman took the field to bring out the game ball. However, all eyes were on her jaw-dropping new ‘do as the soccer star traded in her usual long, brunette look for a platinum blonde bob. She completed the look in an ab-baring Adidas cropped t-shirt and camo pants.
As for how recently this transformation may have occurred? Well, nearly a week earlier, she had her dark hair pulled back in a bun as she watched boyfriend Ben Shelton take home the top prize Stuttgart Open final in Germany.
Of course, the 24-year-old is no stranger to changing up her look, famously donning pink braids during the 2024 Paris Olympics, where the USWNT took home gold. And at the time, she was more than ready to pick up the colorful mantel from former teammate Megan Rapinoe.
"I guess we need some color somewhere and pink's been the color — pink, purple, whatever,” Rodman told reporters at the time. “So yeah, I guess we've got to continue that moving forward."
And whether it be her hair or her fashion, she’s always willing to change the game because much like in soccer, taking the shot is always worth it.
“I’m like, yeah, imagine just putting it on and just not caring,” she told GQ in January. “Then you can pull it off! But that’s just what I do. I’ll put it on, and even if I’m looking at something like, ‘Oh, that's ugly.’ I’ll be like, ‘All right, let's put it on, see what happens.’ And then that ends up being the moment that people are like, ‘That was fire.” And that’s dope.’
The way she sees it, her style simply an extension of herself.
“I am just a loud, obnoxious person, and that just goes straight to fashion,” she quipped. “So I think it's just my personality translating through what I wear.”
