Shakira and Burna Boy’s “Dai Dai (FIFA World Cup Official Song 2026)” nets the top spot on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart. The song is the first official World Cup anthem to reach a No. 1 goal on the ranking, which began in 2020, after one other such song hit the top 10: Jung Kook’s No. 4-peaking “Dreamers (Music From the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022).”

Meanwhile, Olivia Rodrigo’s “Stupid Song” holds at No. 1 in its second week on the Billboard Global 200.

Shooting 7-1, “Dai Dai” dominates in its sixth week on Global Excl. U.S. with 31.5 million streams (up 6% week over week) and 4,000 sold (down 36%) outside the United States June 19-25, according to Luminate.

Shakira earns her second Global Excl. U.S. No. 1, after “TQG,” with Karol G, led in its debut week in March 2023. Burna Boy rules the ranking for the first time. Three acts from Colombia have led the list: Shakira, Karol G and Maluma, via “Hawái,” with The Weeknd (for one week in 2020). Before Burna Boy, one artist from Nigeria was No. 1: Rema, with “Calm Down,” with Selena Gomez (two weeks, 2023).

Shakira and Burna Boy performed “Dai Dai” for a reported 80,000-plus fans at the FIFA World Cup 2026 opening ceremony June 11 at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca. Soccer’s seminal tournament runs through July 19 — when Shakira, BTS and Madonna are set to take the stage at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., for the first-ever World Cup final halftime show.

BTS’ “Swim” keeps at No. 2 after eight weeks atop Global Excl. U.S. since April; Ariana Grande’s “Hate That I Made You Love Me” is steady at No. 3 after spending its first two weeks on the chart at No. 1 earlier in June; Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” jumps 8-4 after reaching No. 2; and “Stupid Song” falls to No. 5 a week after it launched at the summit.

“Stupid Song” leads the Global 200 with 45.9 million streams (down 32%) and 2,000 sold (down 46%) worldwide.

“Hate That I Made You Love Me” rebounds 3-2 after it topped the Global 200 in its debut week; “Billie Jean” bumps 6-3 following a week at No. 1 in May; and Rodrigo rounds out the top five with “The Cure,” down to No. 5 from its No. 2 high, and “Drop Dead,” which dips 4-5 after it led in its debut week in May.

Plus, “Dai Dai” surges 20-9 on the Global 200, led by 35.2 million streams (up 5%) in the U.S. It’s Shakira’s third top 10 on the chart and Burna Boy’s first.

The Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States.
