Two more The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast members are out for season six.
Filming is currently underway on the Hulu reality series, but Dakota Mortensen and Jordan Ngatikaura will not be a part of it.
This may not come as a surprise to most, given what has happened and come out this year.
SLOMW star Jessi Draper confirmed the guys’ exit during an interview on the Just Trish podcast, which was released on Tuesday (September 15).
After talking about some of DadTok members and what they’ve been doing outside of the show, Trisha Paytas asked, “We don’t talk, Dakota‘s not on this new season, right?”
“No. Jordan and Dakota are both done filming,” Jessi said. “Which is good, because once you’re an ex, there is no need, I don’t think. So, I think it’s okay. Wish them the best. But like, let’s just keep it the women, you know?”
“I think it’s good for both of them to be able to move forward. Here’s the thing, even though me and [Jordan] have had a tumultuous relationship, Dakota and Taylor had their thing. I still believe everyone deserves to heal and move on,” she continued. “If both of them want the chance to do that, I want that for them. Like, even my ex, like I want him to be happy. I really do. For our kid’s sake and for him, like I loved him at one point. I will always love him. So, I want him to be happy, but I don’t think he needs to be filming.”
Of course, Dakota and Taylor have been in a legal battle this year, and they have been ordered to stay 100 feet away from each other by a judge. Since Taylor is returning for season six, it’s no surprise Dakota is not.
Earlier this year, Jessi left Jordan, and he soon after filed for divorce. They have both moved on with new people, with Jessi now officially dating Vanderpump Villa‘s Marciano Brunette.
One of women on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives recently announced she quit the show because of Taylor‘s season six return.
