Flushed cheeks and bright blushes have had their moment. According to celebrity makeup artist Brandy Allen, anti-blush shades will be everywhere on the red carpet this fall.

According to Allen, anti-blush is the makeup trend that will be everywhere on the red carpet during the fall and winter.

"Muted, anti-blush tones are my predictions for fall/winter red carpets. The colors are low in saturation, which means they can work as a blush and contour in one," she told E!. "I think it adds balance to the makeup while taking a u-turn from the trendy bright blushes we see everywhere."

Shop the dark, muted, and brown blush shades that everyone will be wearing next season:

"I love Rituel de Fille Color Nectar Pigment Balm," Allen told E!. "[Which] can be used on the cheeks, lips, and eyes for a soft, muted look."
