A new sneak peek for the upcoming series Yaga has just been unveiled!

The forthcoming TV adaptation of the Kat Sandler play is debuting on Crave and AMC+ this fall, and the Canadian streamer has shared new looks at what’s to come.

In the new sneak peek clip, we see Noah Reid fly in on a helicopter to meet up with local law enforcement as he joins the investigation. Also featured in the clip are Clark Backo, Patrick Gilmore, and Sam Krochmal, as well as Hudson WilliamsGolden Globes look featured on a missing persons poster.

Speaking of Hudson, it was recently announced that he will not only be playing Henry Park in the upcoming series, but he’s also playing a second character named Logan.

“Seeing double? You should be. Hudson Williams takes on TWO roles in #YAGA. Meet Henry and Logan,” the network announced last week.

Along with the new sneak peek clip, seen above, Crave also shared a behind-the-scenes video of Hudson taking part in a photo shoot for his two characters, displaying the stark differences in the two characters’ looks. Check it out below!

What is Yaga about?

Yaga follows Rapp (Reid), a private investigator who arrives in a small coastal town to investigate the disappearance of a young heir to a powerful fishery, Henry Park (Williams). He finds himself at odds with an apprehensive local detective, Carson (Backo), a charismatic university professor with a taste for younger men, Katherine (Carrie-Anne Moss), and a labyrinth of enigmatic suspects, secret lives, and ancient magic.

Crave also just announced a companion podcast for the series, Yaga: The Official Podcast, which will be hosted by Canadian content creator and podcaster Carley Thorne, unpacking “each episode, providing a deeper dive into key moments, theories, behind-the-scenes exclusives, and more.”

Yaga is set to debut on Crave in Canada and AMC+ in the US with the first two episodes on October 23rd, followed by one new episode each Friday through November 27th.

Also in the cast are Sheila McCarthy, Megan Follows, Ezra Franky, Katharine Isabelle, Hiro Kanagawa, Emilija Baranac, Georgia Acken, and Anisa Harris.

Ahead of the show’s TV debut, the series will have its world premiere THIS Thursday (September 17) at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival. Stay tuned for photos from the event!
