Zendaya, busy promoting both Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey overseas, landed her third Emmy nomination for Euphoria‘s third and final season this morning in the Outstanding Lead Actress In a Drama Series category.

This is a 3-for-3 sweep for Zendaya whose tragic character Rue was at the heart of Sam Levinson’s series.

Zendaya already made Emmy history, becoming the youngest Lead Actress in a Drama Series winner when she took the trophy in 2020 at the age of 24. In 2022, she became the youngest actress to become a two-time Emmy winner at the age of 26 and and the first Black woman to win the Emmy for Lead Actress In a Drama Series twice.

The 29-year-old has a chance of setting new Emmy benchmarks this year as the youngest and first Black three-time winner in the Lead Drama Actress category should she go for a three-peat in September.
