If you didn’t know, he was scheduled to perform a concert for his 20 Year of Carter Classics Tour on June 30 in Bangor, Maine, and he didn’t perform at the last minute.

2 Chainz had already performed his opening set and Lil Wayne reportedly was scheduled to begin his set at 10:45pm. At 11:00pm, the audience was told that Lil Wayne would not performing and that they should go home.

“I gotta motherf–king apologize to you personally again. For real, for real. Sorry for missing that show the other night,” he said in a new video posted on Sunday (July 5).

“Listen, I have epilepsy and I have seizures, right? Thank God I haven’t had a seizure in years. But seizures have triggers. The trigger to my seizures are bada– migraines. Had a bada– migraine that night. It was recommended that I don’t get in the air. I still was trying…still trying to get on the plane to come rock that b–ch. But again, it was recommended that I don’t get on the plane…so hopefully you can understand that,” he explained.

“If you had a ticket that night for the night that I missed. Again, I apologize. If you had a ticket for that night, you will be fully honored on July 28th. So hopefully you can still make it that night. Your ticket already paid for. And also we’ll be sending emails directly to ticket holders.”

“I was getting a bunch of requests, a bunch of comments about, man, I ain’t never coming to another one of your shows. Man, I want a full refund and all that. So for those people, I swear to God, I will do whatever I can to make sure they get you your refund. And I apologize to you too. I really, really, really do. The next night we was in Saratoga. Love y’all, we killed that b–ch. The next night we was in Guildford, New Hampshire. Love y’all killed that b–ch. I was a bit late to that one. I really apologize for that one too,” he added.

“That was just technical difficulties. The pilot couldn’t land when he wanted to land because of whatever airport don’t let you land. So sometimes you just gotta circle…if you were still waiting for me when I got there, I f–king love you, your mama, your sister, your daughter, your brother, all that, your pets, all that. And we rock that motherf–ker. Again, July 28th, I will be right back in motherf–king Bangor, Maine to take care of my business and handle my business the right way. And guess what? Next, I’ll be going to Des Moines, Iowa. So if you’re in Des Moines, Iowa…and I’m coming Motherf–ker.”

He then moved on to his personal life.

“I know I don’t give y’all a lot of content, especially a lot of personal content, but I would like to clear something up. No, I’m not engaged. No, no. I had a beautiful thing going with an amazing person…I don’t want to be such a burden on such an amazing person. So we decided to part,” he explained.

“But no, not engaged. But guess what? I am in Des Moines, Iowa next. So y’all better come catch me, little moolah, baby. Thank you.”

According to TMZLil Wayne became engaged earlier this year to a woman from Indiana. The outlet reported that she was in her 20s, though no additional details about her identity had been revealed. Fans later identified her as Madi, also known as Madi K, a 23-year-old social media influencer. Find out more about it.
