EXCLUSIVE:  Following its recent expansion into new areas including sports, news and lifestyle talent, 3 Arts Entertainment has hired Make Management founder Hannah Satzke to broaden its fashion & beauty representation business.

Satzke will serve as a Manager and be based in the New York office.

Satzke founded Make Management, a digital-first talent management company specializing in fashion, beauty and lifestyle, in 2021 and grew the company’s dynamic client roster of creators and multi-hyphenates. Prior to founding Make Management, Satzke was Associate Director of Brand Partnerships at Columbia Records and previously spent five years at WME.

“Hannah has a sophisticated understanding of how creators can build scalable, enduring brands,” said Luke Dillon and Dunia McNeily, 3 Arts Entertainment Partners.

“Her experience and relationships will be instrumental as we continue our work with creators and enter the fashion and beauty space, unlocking new avenues for growth across the business,” they added.

“I’ve always respected 3 Arts for the way it champions its clients and helps them navigate every stage of their careers,” said Satzke. “I’m thrilled to join the team and to keep building with my clients as they grow their platforms and businesses in new directions.”

Clients making the transition to 3 Arts with Satzke include beauty creator and runway model Meredith Duxbury; street-interview creator Matt Peterson known for his viral “asking strangers what to eat” series and hosting work; and London-based lifestyle creator and entrepreneur Matilda Bea known for her distinctive approach to entertaining, interiors and experiential events.
