Heads turned across West Los Angeles this afternoon as smoke rose near the Getty Center.

The fire, which was first spotted shortly after 4 p.m., was burning in the hills near Getty Center Drive in Brentwood. It quickly grew into a five-acre blaze, with first responders on the scene.
