After Milania Giudice’s best friend died following a fatal fall in Florida on July 24, the reality TV star shared that Victoria saved multiple lives through organ donation.

“They’re packing up Victoria’s room right now,” Milania said from Victoria’s hospital room in a recent TikTok video. “She just went in, she's saving eight people's lives.”

Sharing deeper insight into the momentous effect, Victoria’s mom Maritza Zardoya clarified, “Normally she would have saved eight lives, but one donor is taking two organs.”

Victoria died after she "sustained fatal injuries due to a devastating fall” while exploring the ruins of Fort Dade from the Spanish-American War in the Tampa area, according to a statement shared on social media by Victoria’s friend Victoria Silberbusch, who was at the historic site during the “unimaginable and unexpected tragedy.” She was 20.

“I’m spreading awareness about Victoria,” Milania—daughter to Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice—continued in the TikTok video. “I can’t really say much right now because this is, obviously, really new. I just can’t believe this is real, like, seriously just hug your loved ones.”

One week after her death, Milania opened up about the grief she feels after losing her lifelong friend.

“My best friend. My sister. My soulmate. My partner in crime,” Milania wrote on Instagram August 1 alongside throwback and recent photos with Victoria. “There are no words in any language that could ever describe losing you. I still wait for your name to pop up on my phone, I still expect to hear your laugh, and I still catch myself wanting to tell you something.”

“My heart keeps forgetting what my mind already knows,” she added. "But one thing I know for sure is that every chapter of my life has your name in it.”

Milania and Victoria grew up on the same street in New Jersey just two doors apart from each other, where they met at the age of 4 before creating unforgettable memories together alongside Victoria’s twin sister Alexandra Zardoya.

More than a decade later, Milania and Victoria’s bond only got stronger with time as they enrolled in the University of Tampa in 2024.

Now, Milania can’t help but think about the milestones they had yet to reach together.

“Victoria, I am so sorry this happened to you,” she wrote. “You never deserved this. I would do anything to change it. We had too many plans, too many dreams, and too much life left to live together.”

“Even though you aren’t here the way I wish you were, you are still here,” she added. “In every story. In every laugh. In every memory.”
