Michael "The Miz" Mizanin knows his real world wouldn't be the same without his family.
The WWE star shouted out his wife Maryse Mizanin and daughters Monroe Sky, 8, and Madison Jade, 6, for being his biggest cheerleaderâeven outside of the ring.
"My wife, 100 percent," The Miz told USA Sports' Renee Montgomery at the 2026 ESPY Awards in New York on July 15. "You might remember her from Miz & Mrs. or the two-time Divas Champion in WWE, but man, she is my champion at home."Â
As for his little girls, The Miz added, "They keep me going. They make me do greater things than I ever thought I could ever do."Â (See all the celebs at the ESPYS here.)
The wrestlerâwho tied the knot with Maryse in the Bahamas in 2014âhas previously shared how his daughters changed his outlook on life.
"I was always like, 'I want a boy. I want a boy I want a boy,'" he told E!'s Daily Pop in 2020. "But having two little girls, I wouldn't want it any other way. I don't need a boy."
"I love Monroe and Madison. They're incredible [and] they keep me young, I'll tell you that for one thing," the 45-year-old added. "They have an immense amount of energy."
And Maryse has certainly loved watching The Miz put aside his SmackDown skills and embrace fatherhood with a full heart.
"Watching you be their dad is one of my favorite things in life," she wrote on Instagram for Father's Day in June. "The love, patience, fun, and attention you give them every single day never goes unnoticed."
She explained that she loves seeing how the athlete is "creating the kind of childhood theyâll never forget," from dance parties to bedtime stories to mini wrestling matches at home.
Maryse added, "You make them feel loved, protected, and completely adored. Thank you for being the amazing father you are and the heart of our family."
