Indeed, the “Big Mama” rapper—whose latest album is of the same name—confirmed she welcomed her first baby, a girl, with boyfriend 21 Savage.

"There were tears and anxiety was through the roof," she noted about her pregnancy in a recent interview with Apple Music. "It's what I wanted but I was just like, 'Wait, this real life, like am I really ready?' But ultimately, obviously had her and I'm glad I made the decision to do it."

Ahead of her confirmation that she gave birth, Latto (real name Alyssa Michelle Stephens) teased her little one’s arrival with a pregnancy recap video.

In the montage shared to Instagram May 18, the “Sunday Service” artist featured clips of herself telling family about her pregnancy, recording music while holding her baby bump and glimpses at her baby shower.

Before fading away to beeps of a hospital monitor and bystanders telling her to “push,” Latto recorded herself at 37-weeks pregnant and said, “I’m so ready to meet my baby.”

Indeed, Latto revealed that she is pregnant in the visuals for her latest single “Business & Personal (Intro).”

Around the one-minute mark of the video, released March 20, the camera cuts to the 27-year-old constructing a scrapbook with baby pictures of her and boyfriend 21 Savage, and a page with a positive pregnancy test that reads, “I only took one test because I already knew what it was.”

Making the reveal, Latto rapped, “Car seat, got a kid on the way.”

The video continues with Latto showing off her baby bump in an all-white two-piece set. In another sweet moment, she stands in the frame of the camera in a nursey and a man’s hand appears to rest on her baby bump.

Proving that there’s no signs of slowing down, Latto continues to put her baby bum on display in the second half of the song, where she rocks various Chanel and Gucci maternity looks and raps about her exciting new chapter, declaring, “Aye this baby ain’t slowing s- -t down but the horse power.”

Latto further confirmed her news and announced her forthcoming album Big Mama.

“BIG MAMA (the album) 5/29,” Latto wrote alongside the March 20 Instagram post that sees her posing with a cheetah cub as she displays her baby bump. “Business & Personal (Intro) song & video out now Thank you God.”

The “Sunday Service” rapper’s big news was celebrated by a host of her famous friends in the comments including 50 Cent who wrote, “Congratulations.” SZA also beamed with excitement writing, “GORGEOUS!!!!Congratulations.” Angel Reese added, “Ahhh big mommmyyyy!! So happy for you.”

Latto’s news comes six months after she confirmed her longtime relationship with 21 Savage (real name Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) after years of fan speculation.

During a Sept. 29 interaction with TMZ, Latto playfully teased that she was about to go have dinner with her "husband.” After being asked if she’s tired of speculation she’s dating her “Pull Up” collaborator, she replied, “No. My man, my man, my man!”

Though Latto has maintained anonymity when it comes to her man, she hasn’t been shy when it comes to doting on their romance.

“I found someone who uplifts me as a person,” she said during an interview with Apple Music in August 2024. “Our generation, we love the Birkin bags and the cars on the birthday… but at the end of the day, it's really about finding your person that uplifts you, makes you a better person and supports you.”
