Christina Aguilera’s summer just keeps getting better.
The Grammy winner shared a glimpse at her recent adventures as she and her family gear up for the fall season, including how she’s enjoying some mother-daughter time with her daughter Summer, 12.
As Aguilera—who shares the tween with fiancé Matt Rutler—captioned an Instagram carousel of photos Aug. 29, “summerween,” alongside a series of nautical and spooky Halloween emojis. And it truly looks like the “Keeps Gettin’ Better” singer and her family are soaking up the last of the summer sun.
After all, one of the fun-filled shots featured Aguilera—also mom to son Max, 18, with ex-husband Jordan Bratman—and Summer posing together in front of a vintage car parked outside of a stunning home front yard.
In the pic, the preteen sat on the front hood of the rusted blue while she hugged her mom from behind while Aguilera gave a soft smile to the camera as she held her daughter’s hands.
Along with having a special moment with her daughter, the “Genie in a Bottle” singer also enjoyed a romantic outing with her fiancé of 12 years.
Indeed, the couple—who started dating in 2010—could be seen looking lovingly at one another in a photo of them together on a boat. And Rutler showed his life for his lady, rocking a red and white sports jersey with “Aguilera” on the back.
Another loved-up shot featured Rutler giving Aguilera a smooch on the cheek while the pair posed in front of a private jet.
And it seems that travel is not only a large part of the couple’s longtime relationship, but also their family dynamic, including on family trips to Costa Rica and Japan.
And as the “Beautiful” singer continues to make memories with her kids, she shares they keep her grounded.
“It’s tough with kids in general,” Aguilera shared on The Jennifer Hudson Show in December 2025. “They will call you out for anything and everything. And I’m like, ‘I’ve lived through some things, too!’”
“For sure they keep you humbled,” she added, “but you do learn through their eyes also and [motherhood] teaches you patience, too.”
