A penis enhancement surgery has turned fatal for one influencer.

Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo—who also went by Denisi or Ego on social media—died after undergoing a genital enlargement procedure in Thailand, the coroner confirmed to TMZ Sept. 5. He was 43.

Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman who documented his luxury lifestyle online, died of a pulmonary embolism—a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—caused by the cosmetic surgery, according to coroner Jean Harkin.

During a trip to Thailand with his wife Danielle Simba Allen in March, he had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis, per an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court obtained by the outlet.

While the procedure can increase the length or girth of the penis, there can be several side effects, including loss of sensation, erectile dysfunction, infection, inflammation and "having a bend or kink in the new penis shape due to scarring," according to the Cleveland Clinic.

After getting the operation, Ubiribo went to get a massage with his wife, but he reportedly began experiencing chest pain and passed out twice, according to TMZ. He was transported to a local hospital, where doctors determined he had suffered a pulmonary embolism. They performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but he ultimately died of complications from the operation March 6.

He was laid to rest during a funeral in London in May, with his friend known as Celebrity Bar Man sharing touching video footage of the ceremony.

"Rest Easy Brother @ego2222," he wrote on Instagram May 29. "Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept For You. Today London Stood Still For You Tiny, We Love You, We Celebrate You & We Will Never Forget You Brother, We Lived Bro, Good Memories."

While Ubiribo enjoyed putting his high-end lifestyle on display—from trips to Paris and Cape Town to Bali in recent years—he treasured his wife more than anything in life.

As he wrote on Instagram in June 2025, "I appreciate you more than words can say—this is forever, and I’m all in. I love you deeply."

"Life has been nothing but complete with you by my side, I can’t thank God enough for the day we met," the influencer shared in 2024. "Your kindness, compassion, and steadfast support have illuminated my path. You have been my anchor through life’s highs and lows, and I am eternally grateful for your presence by my side."

And Allen certainly felt the same, thanking Ubiribo for creating priceless memories together, including on a 30-day trip abroad in 2025 that included stops in three continents, four countries and 10 cities. As she wrote on Instagram at the time, "To My Husband You Went Above & Beyond Thank You For Such A Memorable Summer."

"Some couples take romantic walks…But you my husband have always kept my feet above the ground," she wrote alongside footage of them on a helicopter ride. "We’ve flown over oceans, taken in breathtaking views but you my King remain my forever view. A view I can’t wait to wake up to every morning. Because your smile… your 'How did you sleep, baby?'… keeps me on a forever high."

"You continue to take my breath away with our spontaneous adventures," Allen added. "My love, my world I’m forever thankful for you, for us, & for GOD for being at the center of this Rare Love & Friendship."
