Greta Lee is opening up about working with Taylor Swift and she believes the superstar’s ambitions behind the camera might be more significant than fans realize!

The actress, who appears on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK‘s July/August issue, reflected on how she ended up joining Taylor’s “Opalite” music video and revealed that the opportunity came directly from the singer after they connected while appearing on The Graham Norton Show last October.

“We had a blast and hung out after the taping with her parents and brother,” Greta recalled. “We were texting back and forth afterwards, and then she left me an audio message asking if I would be interested in being in the video. I was like, ‘What? Yeah, yeah, yeah!’ And then it all came together.”

The Past Lives star also hinted that she sees a future for Taylor in filmmaking beyond music videos.

“I get the sense that this is just the warm-up,” she said. “I’ve asked her, ‘when’s your full-length feature coming out?’”

Later this year, Greta is set to star in the sci-fi thriller film The Last House for Netflix alongside Wagner Moura about a family of four trapped inside their home with dwindling resources and a mysterious threat outside. The streamer just released the first trailer here!
