The other way to style a brooch is to use it as jewelry. This is the way most celebrities (mostly men) wear brooches on the red carpet. Their stylists add a beautiful brooch to their suit jacket or blazer to make their outfit stand out. This transforms an ordinary monochrome suit into an interesting outfit without being too loud or elaborate. It's just a touch of silver or gold on the breast. And really, that's all you need.
