Brian Hickerson was permanently banned from multiple bars in recent months, according to a new report.
The 37-year-old on-again, off-again boyfriend of the late Heroes actress got barred from Hooters, Twin Peaks, and another bar “within the last two to three months” in Greenville, South Carolina, sources with direct knowledge told TMZ on Wednesday (August 26).

The bans allegedly happened due to “concerns over excessive drinking and intoxication on the properties,” per the report, and that he could become “erratic and irate” once drunk.
The sources also claim that he “often failed to listen” to staff members asking him to leave. His attorney did not offer a comment on the matter when TMZ reached out

At the same time, news just broke that federal agents went into Hayden‘s home on Tuesday night (August 25) with a search warrant.
Brian and his brother Zach Hickerson were present at the scene when she passed away, according to police records.
“Hayden’s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed,” Brian‘s attorney Sloan Ellis told TMZ in a statement days ago.
“As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time.”
