The Backstreet Boys are planning to usher fans into the millennium’s 27th year with a set of three additional residency shows in Las Vegas.
As announced Monday (Aug. 10), the boy band has extended its Into the Millennium stint at the Sphere with extra performances on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 and 2. The move comes “due to continued fan demand,” according to a release.

Tickets will become available via a Backstreet Boys Fan Club presale at 10 a.m. PT on Aug. 18, followed by an artist presale at the same time on Aug. 19. The remaining tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. PT on Aug. 21 on the Backstreet Boys’ website.
Since kicking off the Sphere residency in July 2025, members Nick Carter, Howie D, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson have performed for an estimated 750,000 fans across 47 sold-out shows, according to figures provided by their team. The stint has served as a celebration of Backstreet’s iconic 1999 album, Millennium, which spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
“We’re taking people on a journey,” McClean told Billboard of what fans can expect from the residency in a June interview. “Taking people down memory lane, taking you back to 1999, asking everyone to wear white … there’s two shows happening at once. We’re doing our normal concert like you would see if you saw us at a normal arena show, but then you have this film happening behind you.”
News of the additional Sphere shows come after the Backstreet Boys completed a string of performances at the venue this July. When they first kicked off the residency a year prior, they became the first pop act to headline the Vegas arena.
The band is also fresh off the release of “Bottle Up” from Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie.
