Neal began TNA four years ago as a booking agency with clients including Morgan Wallen and Riley Green. It has since grown to 30 clients, including Ella Langley and Bailey Zimmerman, as well as expanded to include a music publishing division and a record label, Cervidae Recordings.

In his new position, Beuschel, who was previously vp of A&R at Warner Chappell Music, will co-lead office operations and oversee touring, film/television and branding opportunities, as well as continue to oversee the publishing and artist development divisions.

“It’s an honor to work at an agency and with a team that thinks so differently yet remains collectively proactive for the client, and it starts with leadership’s empowerment to do just that,” Beuschel said in a statement. “There are so many opportunities now for artists at all levels, and we’re just getting started.”

“Working alongside Adi, Ryan has been instrumental in accelerating growth for our roster while significantly elevating the tools and services at our clients’ disposal,” added Neal, while Sharma said, “Ryan’s dedication to our artists and his work expanding our agency offerings have driven some of our greatest successes. His focus provides a distinct advantage for our clients and their continued growth, and we’re honored to elevate him to co-head.”

In other recent TNA activity, TNA has partnered with WIN Artists in a strategic alliance that offers The Neal Agency’s clients with support in pursuing opportunities and integrations across television, film, brand partnerships and more.

Beuschel, a Michigan native, began his career as an A&R manager at Universal Music Group and also served as associate director of membership at ASCAP.
