Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s brood is ready to rule the school.
The model gave fans a glimpse into her and the “All of Me” singer’s kids’ first day of school as Luna, 10, Miles, 8, Esti, 3, and Wren, 3, held up adorable chalkboard signs with details about the big day.
Luna’s chalkboard noted that she was starting her first day of fifth grade and dreamed of being an artist, while brother Miles’ board shared that he was headed to third grade and was most looking forward to playing sports during the school year.
As for Esti, the toddler was ready for her first day of preschool. Meanwhile, littlest brother Wren—who was born via surrogate six months after Teigen gave birth to Esti—appeared a little less than enthused to be starting his first day of toddler classes, making a face for the camera and putting his chalkboard sign on the floor.
Teigen, 40, included both a group shot and solo shots in her Sept. 2 Instagram carousel, captioning the pics, “LOVE YOU BYYYYYEEEEEEE!!”
With four kids in the house, Legend shared that he and Teigen have learned to embrace the “chaos” of their home.
"Having all that energy, love and laughter in the house is beautiful," he raved to E! News in September 2025. "Everybody's walking. Everybody's talking."
The 47-year-old admitted, “It’s chaotic, but it's a nice kind of chaos.”
And after almost 13 years of marriage, Legend and Teigen have been through so much, he knows there’s nothing they can’t face together.
"We have four beautiful babies and we've also had tragedy together," John shared, referencing the cookbook author's pregnancy loss with their son Jack in 2020. "It's wonderful to be in a relationship with somebody that you can go through all of that with and have each other's back."
He continued, "We've been through all kinds of things together—the highs and the lows—and as you mature, you grow in yourself."
And one of the highs for Teigen has been having a house full of love and family.
"Your heart has room for so many different beings," she shared on The Motherly Podcast in 2025. "And one of the best things it’s taught me is to really embrace imperfection. When I first became a mother, little spills on the carpet, that kind of stuff drove me insane. But I really have grown into loving living in a lived-in house and a house that feels not so perfect. You get to let your kids be kids."

The couple introduced their new baby girl to the world by sharing a photo of daughter Luna and son Miles holding the newborn in a fuzzy blanket from Barefoot Dreams.
"She's here! Esti Maxine Stephens - the house is bustling and our family could not be happier," Chrissy wrote on Instagram. "Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss."
Meanwhile, John penned from his account, "I'm in awe of Chrissy's strength and resilience and I'm so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister. I'm so, so grateful, but that doesn't seem like a big enough word."
