Kyle Richards wasn't saying "Bravo" when Mauricio Umansky and Alexia Umansky signed up for season five of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.

In fact, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was downright furious after her estranged husband and daughter broke the news they were going to compete on the grueling Fox reality series.

"My first thought was, 'I’m going to kill you, Mauricio,'" Kyle told Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea in an interview published Aug. 5. "I was actually not happy at all."

And the 57-year-old's feelings were understandable given the show's history of pushing celebrities to their breaking points through intense, military-grade physical exercises and mental challenges.

"I was so worried about Alexia," Kyle—also mom to Sophia Umansky, 26, and Portia Umansky, 18, with Mauricio in addition to Farrah Brittany, 37, from her first marriage—added of her 30-year-old. "I knew that [Mauricio] would do well or whatever, but I was really worried about my daughter, and I didn’t like that she got sucked into that."

While the real estate mogul, 56, and Alexia were across the globe filming in Malaysia, Kyle admitted she had "a lot of sleepless nights" worrying about their health and safety.

"I kept texting the producers, saying, 'Please, I need updates,'" Kyle—who announced her breakup from her husband of 27 years in 2023—recounted. "'Is my daughter OK? Is Mauricio OK? Just give me something.'"

But while the father-daughter duo were pushing themselves to their limits in the brutal competition, Kyle was celebrating a major Bravo milestone: The Real Housewives' 20th anniversary road trip.

Kyle—the longest-running consecutive Housewife in Bravo history with 15 seasons strong—teamed up with Porsha Williams, Teresa Giudice, Vicki Gunvalson and more of the most iconic cast members to celebrate and look back on two decades of culture-defining moments.

"It's shocking that I thought I was going to be doing a show for a couple of months and here I am all these years later," Kyle, whose journey on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th premieres Aug 9 on Bravo, recently told E! in an exclusive interview of the series. "In 2009 is when they asked me to do it. Now we're here in 2026. It's pretty crazy."

Kyle and fans alike will get to see Mauricio and Alexia in action when Special Forces returns Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. on Fox. In the meantime, keep reading to meet the other famous faces joining Special Forces season five.
