Steven Spielberg‘s daughter Destry Spielberg just got married!
The 29-year-old director, who is daughter of the acclaimed filmmaker and Kate Capshaw, tied the knot with her love, real estate agent Jake Herskowitz, on Saturday (September 26) in East Hampton, New York, according to People.
Their nuptials come less than a year after they announced their engagement.

“Rain or shine we get to be together Forever and ever!!” Destry captioned a set of photos from their big day on Tuesday night (September 29).
Earlier this month, Destry and Jake celebrated their four year anniversary.
“Happy 4 year anniversary to my best friend and partner for life,” she wrote on Instagram on September 1st – see the post above!
Destry is the youngest of 7 kids!
If you don’t know, Destry is the youngest daughter of Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw.
Her siblings include Mikaela, 30, Sawyer, 34, Sasha, 36, Theo, 38, Max, 41, and Jessica Capshaw, 50, who is Kate‘s daughter from her first marriage.
What is Destry known for?
Just like her father, Destry has tapped into being a director, and she’s also done some acting.
Her onscreen appearances include Licorice Pizza, I Know This Much Is True, and Mass Hysteria.
Destry‘s directorial credits include the shorts Rosie and Let Me Go the Right Way, as well as the movie Please Don’t Feed the Children.
She recently wrapped filming on the upcoming on the psychological crime thriller Girl, which will star Jason Isaacs, Sofia Wylie, Luke Newton, and Maddie Ziegler.
The forthcoming movie was written by Will Danilow and, per Deadline, follows “the aftermath of a tennis instructor being found viciously murdered in a summer beach town where wealth and status control everything; a local cop must look deep into the instructor’s last days and his own complicated past to get to the bottom of the twisted case.”
