Fox Promotes Tubi PR Executive Seana Sullivan to Corporate Communications

Tubi PR executive Seana Sullivan has been promoted to senior VP of corporate communications for Fox Corp.

With the promotion, Sullivan will oversee all communications activity for Tubi Media Group, Fox’s portfolio of digital businesses and platforms and technology teams that are overseen by Tubi chief Paul Cheesbrough. Sullivan reports to Lauren Townsend, Fox’s executive VP of communications.

“Seana has spent the past several years at Tubi turning bold ideas into breakout cultural moments,” said Cheesbrough, who is CEO of Tubi Media Group. “Her expert leadership across product, content and brand communications makes her the perfect leader to shape and tell our story of growth, creativity and innovation across our teams.”

Sullivan joined Tubi in 2023 as VP of communications and publicity. Tubi has logged rapid growth over the past three years as the free streaming platform fine-tuned its content strategy and embraced creators as a source of content.

In her expanded role, Sullivan will also oversee communications for the Fox One streamer, the Red Seat Ventures creator development platform, the AdRise technology unit and Credible, the consumer finance platform.

Sullivan joined Fox after spending five years working in PR and social media marketing for the Roku subscription platform. Last month, Fox Corp. clinched a deal to acquire Roku for $22 billion.
