The 56-year-old Is This Thing On? actor dished on his new relationship during the latest episode of his Smartless podcast with Sean Hayes and Jason Bateman.
What Will Arnett said about his new relationship
On the Monday (September 28) episode of Smartless, Jason asked Will to give an “update on your love life and domestic life.”
“It’s going really well,” Will shared, as his co-hosts called for him to “talk about secrets,” which he replied that “both of you know exactly what’s happening and I’m not gonna walk into your trap.”
However, Will did note that he is “very happy, very, very happy” and “things are going great.”

Will‘s new girlfriend is Emma Marciano, according to People. She is the daughter of Guess founder Maurice Marciano, and she’s the co-founder of her own fashion label, Mimchik.
On Smartless, Jason Bateman asked Will Arnett where he sees this relationship being in five years.
“Can I be honest with you,” the actor replied. “If I f****** knew what five years… I am now, at 56, I have learned a little bit. In the last two years especially, to let go of whatever ideas of whatever I think it’s gonna go or it’s gonna happen. As you know, you get dealt so many f****** curveballs. I’m in a place now where I’m really trying my best to just deal with what’s in front of me.”
He added that he’s spent the last couple of years “trying my best” to lay down a great foundation.
“I surround myself with great people, I’m in great programs with people, I’ve done some work on myself to try to do it in a way so that whatever does come my way, I handle it hopefully better than I have historically,” Will shared.
Prior to dating Emma, Will was last in a relationship with model Carolyn Murphy, but broke up earlier this year after less than a year together.
He was also previously in a long-term relationship with Alessandra Brawn, who he dated for five years, and shares five-year-old son Denny with. People also confirmed they quietly broke up in 2024, and “remain committed co-parents,” according to a source.
Will was also married to Amy Poehler for over 10 years, and they share two sons, Archie, 16, and Abel, 14.
