Clavicular is reportedly facing new charges.
The 20-year-old “looksmaxxing” streamer, whose real name is Braden Peters, has been charged with one count each of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts, per court documents obtained by The Bulwark.
Filed by prosecutors in a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8th, the charges reportedly stem from a May 2025 incident, and his arraignment is scheduled for October 14th.
While the victim’s name does not appear on the court records due to Massachusetts law, the details coincide with a civil lawsuit that was filed in April in Florida.
Earlier this year, CBS 4 Miami reported that 18-year-old Alorah Ziva, whose real name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, accused the streamer of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct. That lawsuit alleges Clavicular injected her with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance that is not approved by the FDA, during a 2025 livestream, and accuses him of nonconsensual sexual encounters at his parents’ home in Cape Code while she was a minor and intoxicated.
In July, the streamer filed to dismiss several counts of the lawsuit.
Clavicular’s rep responds to latest report about the charges
The streamer’s rep has spoken out in response to the Bulwark report, telling THR, “Clavicular has not been physically served. As usual, the Bulwark is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic. We appreciate the Hollywood Reporter for fact checking.”
That same day, Clavicular responded to the report with his own posts on Twitter/X.
In the first post, he shared a letter she had allegedly written him, thanking him for “helping me as much as you can.”
“Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you,” he wrote on Twitter/X, along with a photo of the letter, and a screenrecorded video of Mendoza saying on TikTok that they streamed together and he reinjected her with Aqualyx, saying it was “really fun” and he was “super nice, sent me an Uber home right after.”
In a second post, he said she, “was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl… how about dont finance cars you cant afford. Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”
Earlier this year, Clavicular was arrested for battery in Florida after he shot at a dead alligator on a livestream, and was later hit with a new criminal charge related to the incident.
