The sequel to Practical Magic is hitting theaters very soon and you’ll probably want to rewatch the original film (or watch it for the first time) before seeing the new installment!
Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman starred in the 1998 classic, which centered around the Owens sisters, who get wrapped in supernatural coverup after one sister drugs and kills the other’s abusive ex-boyfriend, forcing them to reanimate his corpse.
The movie was directed by Griffin Dunne and adapted from the 1995 novel of the same name by Alice Hoffman.
Sandra and Nicole are back for the sequel, with Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest also reprising their roles from the first movie. Joining them are Joey King and Maisie Williams as the daughters of Sally Owens, plus Lee Pace, Solly McLeod, and Xolo Maridueña as new characters.
