Apple has unveiled its first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, which has a 7.6-inch diagonal screen when opened up. And Netflix is here for it.
Netflix is among the handful of partners who have worked with Apple to redesign their iOS apps for the larger screen real estate of the iPhone Duo, and to take advantage of its
“When members use Netflix on iOS, they want that same immersive, big-screen feeling to travel with them,” a company spokesperson told Variety. The streamer’s upcoming iOS 27 version of the app designed for the iPhone Duo “reimagines Billboard, our new playback controls and Clips for the new device.”

The iPhone Duo is priced starting at $1,999 with 256 gigabytes of storage, and costs up to $3,199 for a model with 2 terabytes. Preorders start Oct. 16 and the device will begin shipping Oct. 23.
