Ariana Grande is expanding her philanthropic efforts with the launch of the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation, focusing on youth mental health, arts education and community support causes.
The Brighter Days Ahead Foundation is being launched with four different funds that partner with existing organizations including Lambda Legal, Trans Lifeline and Humanity Crew, among many others. The funds include the Protect & Defend Fund, which advocates for LGBTQ+ rights, civil rights and reproductive justice; the Heal & Dream Fund, which expands access to mental health care and community support; the Seen & Celebrated Fund, which amplifies LGBTQ+ voices and stories; and the Emergency Support Fund, which aids communities in times of need.
āI am beyond excited to finally announce the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation,ā said Grande in a statement. āOur mission is to support, protect, and provide resources for our vulnerable friends in need. Through four different funds, we will be supporting handfuls of incredible organizations that provide the safe space and care that is desperately needed by so many right now. It has been my privilege to be able to support these causes on my own over the years, and Iām grateful to now be able to expand that reach and amplify the life-saving work that these organizations do through the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation.ā
The name of the Foundation is, of course, inspired by her 2024 album and its deluxe edition āEternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead,ā the latter of which was released last year and was accompanied by a short film. Grande is currently on tour in support of the album, with plans to kick off a series of shows in Los Angeles beginning tomorrow at Crypto.com Arena.
