Ice Spice has added some fresh ice to her collection.
The “Princess Diana” rapper unveiled a new mouth-watering piece of jewelry that the designer said is worth $50,000.
“Biggest tongue ring in the world made for @icespice,” Benny The Jeweler wrote on Instagram July 8 alongside a video of the new piece. “Flawless diamond made with 18 k gold!”
The jeweler—whose celebrity client list includes Usher, Saquon Barkley, Jake Paul and Nicki Minaj—also featured a picture of Ice Spice sticking her tongue out to display the new tongue ring.
Benny has decked out the 26-year-old (real name Isis Naija Gaston) in other custom diamond pieces in the past, too, including a diamond-encrusted Richie watch reportedly worth $250,000 and a custom cartoon piece styled after her, which was created with over 80 carats of diamonds.
“This is my baby,” Ice Spice said while showing off the custom piece on a 2023 appearance on Capital Radio. “This is fan art. I’m obsessed with that.”
Five days before Ice Spice displayed her new tongue ring, she was among the star-studded crowd that attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York City July 3.
And even before the “Think U The S--t (Fart)” artist collaborated with Swift on the 2023 remix of her song “Karma,” she was looking to the pop star for inspiration.
“I was watching Taylor's documentary [Miss Americana] 'cause I just wanted to really take notes as a artist and stuff like that,” Ice Spice told Variety in 2023. “Just like how the lifestyle is for such a big artist like her.”
She added, “What I took away from Taylor's documentary was that you really do need to work hard and not everything gonna be as easy as it seems.”
