EXCLUSIVE: Comedian Jeremiah Watkins has just released his third full-length special, Crazy Pizza, on YouTube.
Taped at The Comedy Vault in Batavia, Illinois, the special finds Watkins navigating life as the father to an alleged serial killer toddler and his wife’s anger in the bedroom, while riffing on alternatives to hitting your kids, his recent vasectomy, and all of the other toppings that go on his Crazy Pizza.
Watkins, the special’s writer, performer and director, exec produced alongside Avery Pearson, Amy Zvi, Shannon O’Halloran, Thousand Percent, and Wildline. Pearson is also credited as producer, along with Jesse Chieffo and Chris McMillan. Liz Valaitis and Anna Rogers associate produced; Thousand Percent, Saxy Turtle Productions and 4933 Productions are the production companies.
For Watkins, Crazy Pizza follows the self-released Daddy and his debut hour, Family Reunion, which can be found on Prime Video. Co-host of the Trailer Tales Podcast, he’s also known for his series Stand-Up on the Spot, which sees comics performing off the cuff based on audience suggestions, as well numerous online sketches. Most recently, he taped a short set for Comedy Central Stand-Up Selects that will be unveiled this fall.
In addition to stand-up, Watkins is known for his acting, voice acting, and impressions. Via Cartoon Network’s DC Superhero Girls, he’s among the select actors who have voiced the iconic DC character, The Joker. Additional credits include Carpool Karaoke, Roast Battle, Lights Out with David Spade, Netflix’s Historical Roasts, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, HBO’s Crashing, Nickelodeon’s The Casagrandes, Churchy, Big Bruh, and Dr. Phil LIVE.
