Phaedra Parks and Chris “CT” Tamburello are officially dating, but the public part of their story started more than two years before Phaedra confirmed the news.
The 52-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star and the 46-year-old Challenge veteran met while filming season two of Peacock’s The Traitors. Phaedra played as a Traitor. CT was a Faithful. Their jobs in the game put them on opposite sides, but their easy rapport became one of the season’s best running stories.
Phaedra finally addressed the romance on the September 4, 2026 episode of Jeff Lewis Live. When Jeff asked whether her upcoming Emmys date with CT was platonic, she answered, “It’s not.” She also confirmed that they had gone out before, though she did not provide a full private dating timeline.
Neither star has said exactly when their friendship became romantic, but they’ve left a public trail, including the “Castle Daddy” nickname, CT‘s post-show denial, a social-media invitation, and Phaedra‘s on-air confirmation.
