Little Shop of Horrors is back on stage in Los Angeles!
The beloved musical is kicking off La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and McCoy Rigby Entertainment’s 2026-2027 season, with Grace Stockdale starring as Audrey and Thomas Hobson taking on the role of Seymour Krelborn.
The production officially opened on Saturday (September 19) at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts following two preview performances.
The cast also includes Jay Brian Winnick as Mr. Mushnik, Travis Joe Dixon as Orin Scrivello, DDS, Joslynn Cortes as Crystal, Janaya Mahealani Jones as Ronnette, Marisa Moenho as Chiffon and Wilkie Ferguson III as the voice of Audrey II, with Betsy Zajko serving as the puppeteer.

The production is directed by Michael Matthews, with choreography by Clarice Ordaz and musical direction by Jennifer Lin.
If you’re unfamiliar with the story, Little Shop of Horrors follows down-on-his-luck flower shop assistant Seymour, whose life changes when he discovers a mysterious plant. The plant, which he names Audrey II, quickly turns Seymour into a sensation, but there’s one major problem: it has an insatiable appetite for human blood.
The musical features music by Alan Menken and a book and lyrics by the late Howard Ashman, the acclaimed songwriting team whose collaborations also include Disney classics The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast.
Little Shop of Horrors is playing now through Sunday, October 11 at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts with tickets ranging from $28 to $115. Tickets are available at LaMiradaTheatre.com!
