Usain Bolt is getting married!
The Olympic gold medalist, who turned 40 on August 21, proposed to his longtime girlfriend Kasi Bennett during this 40th birthday celebration at the One Belmont in Kingston, Jamaica.
In photos obtained, by the Jamaica Observer, Usain can be seen in a tan checkered suit down on one knee as he popped the question to Kasi, who is wearing a gold dress covered with silver sequins. In another photo, Usain and Kasi are hugging after getting engaged.
According to the outlet, Usain proposed with a five-carat ring in front of their family and friends.
Earlier that day, Kasi took to Instagram to share several photos and videos of Usain honor of his birthday.
“Happy 40th birthday to my person,” Kasi wrote. “My love, my home, my forever. You are an incredible dad and truly the centre of our little world. Your legacy is extraordinary, but the man behind it will always be what makes me proudest. So grateful to do this fun life we’ve created with you. I love you endlessly baby.”
If you didn’t know, Usain and Kasi have been together since 2013 and share three children – daughter Olympia Lightning, 6, and 5-year-old twin sons Thunder and Saint.
