Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham share a moment after the Norway vs. England game on Saturday (July 11) in Miami, Fla.
If you don’t know, Erling played for his country’s team, Norway, while Jude played for England.
However, you may not realize that Erling and Jude are past teammates.
They played together at Borussia Dortmund from 2020 to 2022. During their two seasons as teammates, they helped the club compete in both the Bundesliga and the UEFA Champions League, and they were part of the squad that won the 2020–21 DFB-Pokal. Then, Erling left for Manchester City in 2022, while Jude stayed one more season before joining Real Madrid in 2023.
Erling also congratulated England’s Harry Kane after the match.
England won the matchup 2-1, and will advance to the semi-finals this coming week, where they will play Argentina.
That match-up is set for Wednesday (July 15).
