Disney brought together some of its biggest stars to celebrate the company’s newest Legends!
Anne Hathaway, Dwayne Johnson, and the Jonas Brothers were among the stars honored during the 2026 Disney Legends Awards Ceremony on Sunday (August 16) at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.
The ceremony closed out D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event and featured appearances from Emily Blunt, Vanessa Hudgens, Harrison Ford, Robert Downey Jr., Orlando Bloom, Ming-Na Wen, Ginnifer Goodwin, Auli’i Cravalho, and many more.
Anne, Dwayne, and the Jonas Brothers joined Chris Berman, Jerry Bruckheimer, Susan Egan, Eric Goldberg, Bob Iger, Kim Irvine, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Alan Tudyk in receiving Disney’s highest honor.
Ryan Seacrest hosted the ceremony, which featured individual tributes, special presentations, and musical performances celebrating the new class of Disney Legends.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 director David Frankel presented Anne with her award following a video message from Anna Wintour. The pregnant actress took the stage in a flowing Aflalo gown after wearing a floral white dress for an earlier appearance.
Emily presented Dwayne‘s award, while Vanessa introduced Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas. The brothers looked dashing in coordinated pinstriped looks.
Auli’i presented Lin-Manuel with his honor following a musical tribute featuring songs from Moana, Encanto, and Hamilton. Jordan Fisher and Nikki M. James were among the performers who participated.
Elsewhere during the ceremony, Ginnifer presented Alan‘s award, Ming-Na honored Disney Imagineer Kim, and Orlando celebrated his longtime Pirates of the Caribbean producer Jerry.
Robert, Harrison, Ellen Pompeo, Diane Sawyer, and Al Michaels also joined a tribute to Bob Iger before he received his honor.
The ceremony included a performance of “I Won’t Say I’m in Love” by KATSEYE in celebration of Susan‘s work as the voice of Megara in Hercules and originating the role of Belle in the Broadway adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Jodi Benson was also among the familiar Disney faces photographed during the event.
Samantha Barks closed out the celebration with a rousing rendition of “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” before the new Legends gathered for a group photo.
The Disney Legends Award Ceremony will also be available to watch on Disney+.
