Sorry Gigglers, but Paige DeSorbo is not headed down the aisle just yet.

The Summer House alum denied rumors that she got engaged to Joe D'Amelio on their latest trip to Italy, quipping on the July 17 episode of her Giggly Squad podcast, "Can I wear a white dress and have a laugh?"

"By the time I saw the rumors that I got engaged, it was past the time that I could say something," she explained. "It was the middle of the night and I was like, 'What am I going to do with this?' So, I just went about my life."

While Joe didn't get down on one knee, Paige explained that her brother Gary DeSorbo did recently pop the question to his girlfriend—which only led to confusion for mom Kim DeSorbo when she saw the rumors about Paige.

"My mom was getting text messages," Paige continued. "She was like, 'Wait, what?' And she was like, 'No, Gary.'"

As the reality star put it, "The best thing about it is Gary and his now fiancée, who is a gem of this earth, I literally am so excited for them."

Paige and Joe first sparked romance rumors in February of last year in the months following her messy breakup from Southern Charm's Craig Conover, whom she dated for three years before calling it quits in 2024.

And while the 33-year-old has kept their romance mostly private and off of social media, she did share rare insight into her dynamic with the sports marketing executive earlier this year.

"Yes, we're exclusive," Paige told Us Weekly in February of settling down. "I'm in my 30s, so it's not like I'm out every single weekend going out on multiple dates like I would have been in my 20s."

The Bravo alum—who starred on Summer House for seven seasons before departing after season nine last year—also revealed their relationship is zero drama, unlike some of her past on-camera flings.

"It’s been really fun," she added, "and honestly very relaxing."

As for what attracted her to Joe, Paige joked it didn't hurt that he's Italian like her.

"I feel like they get a rep that they’re not quiet," she told the outlet of Italian men. "They are quiet, and I appreciate that. They know when to speak and when not to and I like. It’s important in a man. Know when to shut it."

As for why Paige ultimately decided to say goodbye to Summer House last June, the New York native was ready to focus more of her time on her and cohost Hannah Berner's growing Giggly Squad empire as well as her personal life.

"When it came time to start thinking about the summer, I really just had a moment where I was like, 'Wait a minute, I can't go film a TV show,'" Paige told the Bravo By Gays podcast in August 2025. "'Like, I'll literally die.'"

"I wouldn't have been able to come this summer and be truly authentic," she continued. "Because I've worked so much this year, I don't want to go out on a Friday and Saturday night. It's not my vibe anymore and I feel like I was taking a spot from a younger girl who should have the same opportunity I had when I was 25."
