Peacock reveals on Wednesday (September 16) that the hit competition series is being renewed for not one, not two, but THREE more seasons.
Alan Cumming will, of course, return as the host, and the news was shared fresh off his 2026 Emmy Awards wins just two days prior.
The Traitors picked up Outstanding Reality Competition Program, and Alan won Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program for the third year in a row!
This year, the series also won the awards for Outstanding Directing for a Reality Program, Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Or Reality Series, Outstanding Cinematography for a Reality Program, Outstanding Costumes for Variety, Nonfiction Or Reality Programming, and Outstanding Picture Editing for a Structured Reality or Reality Competition Program.
The show’s latest wins made Emmy history for the most wins ever in a single year for a competition series!
Season five of The Traitors will debut in 2027, but before that is the new all-civilian season, The Traitors: New Blood, which premieres on Thursday (September 17).
