After months of speculation, on Monday (Sept. 14) the band confirmed that it is set to perform a number of shows in summer 2027 across the U.K., Europe and in the U.S.

Oasis will perform in key cities across Europe including Glasgow, Manchester, Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and Rome before a pair of stops in the U.S. in Boston and Las Vegas. The run will culminate in an epic return to Knebworth House in Stevenage, England. The band previously performed two concerts at the latter in 1996 and are a key part of the band’s folklore, drawing 250,000 people across two nights and cementing Oasis’ stature at the very top of Britpop.

The tour will kick off at Glasgow’s Celtic Park on May 21, before a 11-night run at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, the home stadium of the band’s beloved football team, Manchester City F.C. Oasis will then return to mainland Europe for the first time since 2009 with shows at a number of stadiums in major hubs.

“START THE CELEBRATIONS!!!! After a period of reflection “The Most Damaging Pop Cultural Force In Recent British History” has declared itself fit for purpose and will once again return to lift the spirits of the people. Come witness the fitness. It shall be a sight to behold,” the band wrote on its Instagram.

The band revealed that fans hoping to buy tickets much register here by Sept. 17, 11 a.m. ET, and that there will be no general onsale. A press release says that the measures have been taken to “reduce queuing times and organised ticket touting in order to give genuine fans the best possible chance to buy tickets.”

“Successful fans in the ballot will then receive a unique, non-transferable code to access an allocated onsale window,” a statement says. In the U.K. onsale will take place across Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, with three onsale windows on each day. Fans will be informed directly which of the onsale windows they can access, and at what time.”

“There will be no general onsale or other public presales outside of this process,” they add. “This structure has been created to ensure the purchase process is as fair and smooth as possible for Oasis fans.”

The announcement comes as Oasis prepares for the next chapter of its reunion, following the band’s hugely successful Live ’25 comeback tour. Last summer, the band embarked on its first tour together in 16 years, bringing an end to a long-running feud between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher. The run kicked off on July 4 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, before heading to stadiums across the U.K., Ireland, North America, Asia, Australia and South America.

The reunion has been captured in a new documentary Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger, directed by Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern (Meet Me in the Bathroom), and produced by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, A Thousand Blows). The film was released on Sept. 9 in the U.K. and Sept. 11 in the U.S. and globally.

Oasis split in 2009 after Noel announced his departure from the band due to ongoing tension between himself and Liam, bringing an acrimonious end to one of British music’s biggest success stories. The Gallagher brothers spent the following years pursuing solo projects and working in other bands while frequently trading barbs in the press, therefore making the reunion one of the most anticipated musical events of the decade.

The reunion has also given Oasis a major boost on the charts. In July 2026, the Official Charts Company named (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? the U.K.’s biggest studio LP of all time, with 6.2 million U.K. chart units sold to date. Last year, they sold in excess of a million albums on the same chart, becoming the only U.K. act in 2025 to achieve such a feat.
