Netflix is adding another new dating show to its growing unscripted slate!
The streaming service has announced Weight to Date (working title), a new dating format coming in the future.
What is the upcoming new series about?
Weight to Date is said to be a “dating format that follows singles during and after extreme weight loss as they navigate dating, identity, and the search for lasting love.”
Executive producers include The Intellectual Property Corporation’s Eli Holzman (The Chrisleys) and Aaron Saidman (Selena + Chef), and Jeanne Begley (Biography). This marks IPC’s first sale since Eli and Aaron exited Sony Pictures Television just a few months ago.

According to the casting announcement, the series “will highlight the journeys of selected singles who are now discovering what dating is like after a major body transformation.”
The Weight to Date announcement comes off the heels of Let’s Marry Harry and joins the dating lineup, including Age of Attraction, Love Is Blind, Temptation Island, and many more.
