Sam Claflin is celebrating his 40th birthday with a shirtless selfie!
On Saturday (June 27), the Hunger Games actor took to his Instagram Story to share a shirtless photo of himself as he marked his milestone birthday.
“Goodbye 30’s. Ello 40,” Sam wrote over the photo.
In the pic, Sam is posing shirtless outside while sticking up his middle finger.
In an interview from earlier this year, Sam shared how some of his acting roles have impacted his mentally, revealing that being shirtless on-screen has often made his body dysmorphia worse.
“A lot of the roles I played earlier on in my career… I had a topless scene in one of my first movies, but it wasn’t in the script and I got told a week before they were going to [take] my top off,” he said. “I was like, ‘S–t, I haven’t been working out, what am I going to do?’ This is my first introduction to the world.”
Back in 2024, Sam made a very rare public appearance with his longtime girlfriend.
