"I can’t live without IGK Good Behavior 2 n 1 Prep Spray. It’s moisturizing, protects from hot tools, protects from the sun, and is great for all hair types," Madison Alexis, hair colorist specialist and creator of the viral hair color from Off Campus, told E!.

"The Shark FlexStyle Styling & Drying System is the best at-home blow dryer with several different attachments," Marisa Mitchell, Off Campus' Mika Abdalla's stylist and dry cutting specialist, told E!.

"I always talk to clients about the impact of their water. Hard water can really dull blonde, affect tone, and contribute to dryness," Tauni Dawson, celebrity colorist and blonde expert, told E!. "I love these creamy blush sticks that are highly pigmented but blend out easily," Davis said. She recommended either the shades Hi-fi Heat or Poppy Pic.

"It changed my skin. You tap it in with your hands—it’s like water. Clean skin, good prep," celebrity makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez told E!. "Sometimes you don’t need every step. Everyone’s skin is different. Sometimes you just need a little extra love,"

Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Elyse Love is a big fan of First Aid Beauty's Ultra Repair Cream for battling dry skin. She says it's "intensely moisturizing but lightweight" and "contains colloidal oatmeal, which helps soothe itchy and irritated eczema skin." 

Dr. Rachel Westbay, Board-Certified Dermatologist at Marmur Medical, recommended this eye serum that promises to depuff your under-eye area with its targeted caffeine formula. "[It's] a lightweight, affordable option that targets puffiness and dark circles," she told E!. 

"[It's] ultra-hydrating and great kept in the fridge for an instant depuffing effect." Dr. Westbay told E!. 

Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Anette Reszk describes this celebrity-loved SPF as "A lightweight, zinc oxide–based sunscreen that is particularly well suited for acne- and rosacea-prone skin, with a tinted option that helps minimize white cast while calming and protecting sensitive skin."

"One of my favorite products is the Alastin Restorative Eye Treatment, which I love for under-eye puffiness. I use it myself, especially with frequent travel, seasonal allergies, or general fatigue from a busy schedule," Dr. Shridharani, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and Founder of Luxurgery, told E!. 

Dr. Amy Forman Taub, a board-certified dermatologist, recommended this 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for maintaining scalp health at home. It penetrates deep into the scalp to exfoliate dead skin and unclog follicles. It also includes supportive ingredients like caffeine and niacinamide. 

"Taking a few minutes to mindfully apply the Deep Sleep Body Whip from This Works can extend that transition from the pace of the day into a calmer state," Dr. Anna Persaud, sleep expert with a PhD in Biochemistry, told E!.

"I would also look at getting a good toothbrush. I recommend an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor and a timer on it to help you keep track," Dr. Victoria Sampson, a functional dentist and researcher, advised.
