Bailey Zimmerman is facing felony and misdemeanor criminal charges in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The 26-year-old “Rock and A Hard Place” country music star allegedly did over $16,000 in damage to a hotel room back in May, according to a new report.

Bernalillo County prosecutors filed criminal papers for an arrest warrant against Bailey on June 18, with the intent to pursue a felony charge for criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of falsely obtaining services, per TMZ.

He allegedly destroyed his hotel room, canceled that night’s concert at Sandia Resort and Casino, and got kicked out of the resort, per the affidavit.

The damage to the hotel room allegedly includes the TV, phone, coffee table and two chairs. Staff reportedly also found a hole in one wall, damage to others, stains on the carpet and two missing chairs, plus a $400 alcohol charge to the room that was not paid.

Bailey was slso accused of by cops of “stumbling, falling, and acting belligerently onstage for sound check…throwing microphones on the ground, tossing cymbals, and knocking part of the drum kit over.”
