Jimmie Allen has been ordered to pay nearly $1.8 million to one of his sexual assault accusers.

A federal judge ruled on Thursday, June 18, that the 41-year-old country singer must pay both compensatory and punitive damages to a woman identified as Jane Doe 2, who sued him in June 2023.

According to court documents obtained by People, the default judgement was entered after Jimmie failed to respond. The judgement covers claims of “assault, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”

Jimmie has been ordered to pay nearly $597,000 in compensatory damages, along with roughly $1.2 million in punitive damages.

In the court documents, the judge described the “reprehensibility” of the singer’s alleged actions as “severe.”

“The evidence shows that Mr. Allen intentionally and surreptitiously filmed his sexual encounter with plaintiff without her consent, and that he ejaculated inside of plaintiff without wearing a condom when plaintiff did not consent to him doing so and asked him not to do so,” the documents read. “These intentional acts caused plaintiff to suffer extreme emotional distress and trauma.”

Jane Doe 2‘s lawsuit was one of two civil sexual assault cases filed against Jimmie in 2023. His former manager, identified as Jane Doe, also sued him that year, though those claims were dropped in May 2024 after the two sides reached what her legal representative described as a “mutual accord.”

Jimmie finalized his divorce from wife Alexis Gale in October 2024.
