What is Summerween? And How Did It Begin?

The term ‘Summerween’ originated in Disney’s Gravity Falls. In the show’s 2012 episode of the same name, Grunkle Stan jokes that the town loves Halloween so much it celebrates the holiday twice a year. More than a decade later, that fictional tradition has become a real-life celebration.
