Arnold Schwarzenegger is staying fit.

The bodybuilding icon, Terminator movie star and former politician shared an update on his 79th birthday (July 30).

“I turn 79 today. I don’t want any gifts. Instead, my team and I are turning the fitness industry upside down,” he wrote before promoting his Pump Club app.

The post included two photos of Arnold working out and showing off his physique.

Arnold, I thought you were a good businessman.’ I am. But the Pump Club is not backed by a private equity fund or a hedge fund. It’s backed by me. This is a crusade, not just a business. I’ve been trying to get people to train for six decades, and I finally found something that works. If I can make millions of you train all year, I’ll take the loss,” he added in the caption.

Arnold started his weight lifting journey at 15, winning Mr. Universe at the age of 20 and the Mr. Olympia title seven times, tying with Phil Heath for the second-highest number of wins of all time.

His son Joseph Baena made his bodybuilding debut this year at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition in Denver, Colo. where he came in first place in three categories.
