Taylor Swift has been a Billboard chart powerhouse since the arrival of her debut single “Tim McGraw” in 2006. Over the past two decades — fueled by blockbuster albums and re-recordings of her early material — Swift has rewritten the record books on both the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart and Billboard 200 albums ranking.

Swift’s most recent studio album, 2025’s The Life of a Showgirl, became her 15th No. 1 on the Billboard 200, placing her second all-time (along with Drake) for the most chart-topping albums in history, behind only The Beatles (19).

The album opened with 3.48 million copies sold in the U.S. in October 2025, according to Luminate, making Swift the first artist to notch eight albums that each sold at least 1 million copies in a single week. The others: Speak Now (1.046 million; Nov. 13, 2010), Red (1.208 million; Nov. 10, 2012), 1989 (1.286 million; Nov. 15, 2014), Reputation (1.216 million; Dec. 2, 2017), Midnights (1.14 million; Nov. 5, 2022), 1989 (Taylor’s Version) (1.359 million; Nov. 11, 2023), and The Tortured Poets Department (1.913 million; May 4, 2024).

Meanwhile, The Life of a Showgirl upon its arrival became the first album to open with more than 4 million weekly equivalent album units.

Among her many other Billboard 200 milestones, Swift holds the records for the most albums to sell a million copies in a week in the Luminate era (1991-present), the biggest vinyl sales week for an album (1.334 million for The Life of a Showgirl) and the most albums the chart on the Billboard 200 simultaneously among women (11).

Swift’s Hot 100 résumé is just as impressive. She leads all women in career top five, top 10, top 20 and top 40 hits, as well as overall chart entries. She also stands as the only artist to occupy the entire top 10 spots of the chart in a single week — a feat she has accomplished three times: on Nov. 5, 2022, with songs from Midnights, on May 4, 2024, with tracks from The Tortured Poets Department, and again on Oct. 18, 2025, with songs from The Life of a Showgirl.

As Swift continues to add to her legacy, here’s a look at every Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200 record that she holds through the charts dated July 11, 2026.
