The film returns to theaters beginning September 25 in IMAX and INFINITY VISION, a new certification for Premium Large Format (PLF) theaters that “guarantees moviegoers an exceptional film presentation with big screens, bright images and outstanding sound,” per the studio.

The special Encore presentation of the record-breaking film includes an exclusive look at the highly anticipated December 18 release of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. An additional sneak peek at the film will also be available to audiences who see Avengers Endgame: Encore on IMAX and Infinity Vision-certified screens.
What Happens in the Movie?
In Avengers Endgame: Encore, after devastating events wiped out half the world’s population, the remaining heroes struggle to move forward. Ultimately, they must come together to restore order and harmony in the universe and bring their loved ones back in a dramatic showdown against Thanos. The film is produced by Kevin Feige and directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.
Avengers Endgame: Encore releases in theaters September 25. Avengers: Doomsday comes out in theaters on December 18.
