Jon Hamm is breaking his silence after it was revealed he’s going to be a dad!
It was revealed last month that the 55-year-old Mad Men actor’s wife Anna Osceola is pregnant with their first child. Anna, 38, showed off her growing baby bump on the red carpet last week at the 2026 Emmy Awards.
While appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Tuesday (September 22), Jon shared his first public comments about becoming a dad.
As Seth held up a photo of Jon and Anna on the red carpet at the Emmys, Jon said, “Something’s happening here. What it is is exactly clear. We’re having a baby.”
Jon then shared how he’s feeling about becoming a dad.
“By turn, very excited and deeply terrified,” the Emmy winner said. “So, I think I’m doing it right.”
“By the way, that doesn’t ever go away,” Seth, who is a dad of three, warned.
Jon then poked some fun at being an “old dad.”
“When your kid is 70, you’ll be like, ‘I did it!’, right?” Jon said before joking, “You know, when I’m 152.”
If you didn’t know, Jon and Anna met back in 2015 while filming the series finale of Mad Men, in which Anna had a small role as a secretary. They then got married in 2023.
