EXCLUSIVE: Gersh‘s Digital division has promoted three and made three new hires.
New additions to the company include VP Amron Lopez and agent Dane Cohen from The Team (formerly Wasserman), agent Amanda Harris from UTA’s Digital Brand Architects, and coordinator Alondra Pangilinan from The Team. Chinazam Nnorom and Kashia Hormuth, meanwhile, have been promoted to coordinator roles within the division.
The moves come as Gersh deepens its investment in creator representation, brand partnerships and digital-first business development. Now home to 22 agents, Gersh Digital has become one of the largest creator representation departments in the industry and one of the agency’s fastest-growing businesses, helping creators expand their reach across entertainment, commerce, publishing, live events and brand partnerships.
“Gersh Digital has become a major engine of growth for the agency, and this expansion is about strengthening a division that is already competing at the highest level of the creator economy,” said Gersh President Leslie Siebert. “Under Jade [Sherman]’s leadership, the team has built real momentum across talent representation, brand partnerships and cross-platform opportunities. These hires and promotions reflect our continued commitment to investing in the people and infrastructure needed to lead in this space.”
Sherman, a Senior Partner at Gersh who serves as Head of Digital, told us: “The convergence of digital talent, media and commerce is creating entirely new opportunities for creators, and we’re building a team designed to help clients navigate that evolution over the long term. Amron, Dane, Amanda and Alondra bring deep relationships and a modern understanding of the business, and Chinazam and Kashia have each earned these promotions through hard work and strong instincts. Together, they strengthen every part of what we’re building at Gersh Digital.”
Amron Lopez previously served as Vice President of Talent in The Team’s Creators division, working across lifestyle, beauty and medical talent. His career spans CAA, Big Frame, Authentic Talent and Literary Management, and Sixteenth Talent, giving him experience across traditional representation, digital media and brand partnerships. He will continue to build a diverse roster, including Dr. Charles Puza, Zach Jelks, and Lauren Giraldo, with a focus on long-term partnerships and expanding creators into IP and business ventures.
Dane Cohen began his career as a voiceover assistant at A3 before moving into the agency’s digital department, which was acquired by Gersh in 2024. He returns to Gersh as an agent, after most recently serving as Senior Coordinator in the Creators department at The Team.
While at UTA’s digital agency and management company DBA, Amanda Harris served as Senior Talent Manager, working with clients including Olandria Carthen and Fernanda Giménez. She focuses on building and scaling creator businesses through brand partnerships, dealmaking and long-term career development across fashion, beauty and entertainment. At Gersh, she will focus on positioning talent beyond social media, driving opportunities across global campaigns, ambassadorships and entertainment. She recently signed breakout creators 4 in the 5.
Coordinator Alondra Pangilinan comes to Gersh with prior experience at UTA, Sixteenth (formerly Whalar Talent), and most recently The Team.
Recent signings at Gersh Digital include Dylan Kevitch, Taylor Cassidy, and Victoria Garrick Browne. Business highlights include beauty editor-turned-fashion designer Kahlana Barfield Brown’s expansion of KBB by Kahlana at Target following a sellout debut, as well as partnerships secured by the division for Ariana Madix with Sonic and Orgain, Whitney Leavitt with Venmo and Hot Ones, Brooklyn Beckham with DoorDash, and Jesus Morales with Bank of America.
