In addition to the sports channels, the package also includes a live feed of the ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC local affiliates in your region (where available). The new DIRECTV promo gets you access to the MySports Genre Pack for just $49.99 for your first month of service. Pricing renews at the $64.99/month standard rate following your first 30 days (and after your free five-day trial).
The deal comes as Major League Baseball heads into playoff season, and the NBA, NFL and NHL are preparing to start up again. You’ll also get access to college football season, in addition to upcoming tennis tournaments like the U.S. Open.
